Teletherapy increases accessibility for those with mobility issues, compromised immune systems, distance and time constraints, and has always been part of my practice. The advent of the Covid-19 pandemic has heightened awareness about the need for safe and accessible services. The APA (American Psychological Association), NCHR (National Center for Health Research) and others have determined that teletherapy is as effective as in-person therapy in most cases. At this time, I provide services via a secure video platform or by telephone.

Counseling and therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and get back to living a meaningful, satisfying life.

We will use a HIPAA compliant platform for online meetings. All you will need on your end is a WiFi connection and some privacy.

Not limited to family or significant others! Connections with partners, caregivers, and friends can all include conflict, misunderstandings and rough patches.

Addressing issues together in a supportive environment can lead to effective problem-solving while you deepen and enrich important relationships.

A Great Life Regardless

A Great Life Regardless is an interactive, teaching, and skills-oriented presentation for chronic illness and other issue specific support groups. Here we learn specific techniques to work with some of our unhelpful thoughts and feelings so that we can start to feel better and get back to enjoying life.
